Aspire Into Management (AIM)

Do you aspire to lead? The AIM series is designed for HCC individual contributors who aspire to a supervisory role.  This series helps you develop the skills and knowledge necessary to be an effective supervisor and make a successful transition to management.To register for AIM, please contact Talent Learning & Development at hcc.tld@hccs.edu. This program is open to all exempt employees and non-exempt COPP graduates.
