Aspire Into Management (AIM)

Do you aspire to lead?  The AIM series is for HCC individual contributors who aspire to enter into a supervisory role.  This series helps you develop the skills and knowledge you will need to be an effective supervisor and to make a successful transition to management. To register for AIM, please contact Talent Learning & Development at hcc.tld@hccs.edu.  This program is open to all exempt employees and non-exempt COPP graduates.
