The College Leadership Program (CLP) Boot Camp

Houston Community College's College Leadership Program (CLP) is a comprehensive leadership development program designed to equip HCC managers with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to lead effectively and positively impact the HCC community. CLP is a 52-hour program that includes a series of instructor-led and online classes. Participants will explore a range of leadership topics, including self-awareness, communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and project management. CLP will introduce you to HCC culture and operations in a forum that encourages leadership growth and development.By participating in CLP, HCC employees will have the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, deepen their understanding of HCC's mission, vision, and values, and contribute to the ongoing success of our institution. They will become part of a community of leaders committed to creating a culture of excellence and innovation at HCC.Enrollment is open to full-time supervisors, program managers, administrators, and other exempt faculty or staff.
