CLP: Introduction to the College Leadership Program

Managing employees may be a science but leading them is an art. Leaders at HCC require a multitude of essential skills to face the various situations that may arise. Leaders need to be able to motivate, empower, and influence individuals.  The HCC College Leadership Program (CLP) is a certificate program designed to enhance the success of supervisors, program managers, and administrators. In this course, learners will be introduced to the College Leadership program and Employee Online Learning (EOL) the method of delivery for the online component of CLP.
